  • Procedure: Contact our customer service to initiate a return. We will arrange for the pickup of the item. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund.

3. Refunds

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
